Meet The Founder
I’m a 5X Certified Life Coach, specializing in mindset, habits, success, alcohol-freedom, and ADHD.
As a coach, I’m passionate about helping my clients develop a growth mindset and an empowering inner voice, while optimizing their habits. By developing confidence and self-love, and getting 1% better each day, they can achieve anything their heart desires and find true fulfillment.
Working with me will put you on the fast track to becoming your favorite version of yourself.
I didn’t get where I am today on my own. I worked with an amazing coach who helped me tone down my perfectionism and develop healthier coping mechanisms, while unlearning self-sabotaging behaviors. I also had to reprogram my ADHD brain to work for me instead of against me. Progress isn’t linear, and there is no finish line when it comes to personal development. I will continue to be the most important project I work on, for the rest of my life.
My own personal transformation inspired me to pay it forward. In 2024, I launched my online community, The Pink Cloud Collective. In March of 2025, I earned 5 Life Coaching Certifications and began working one on one with clients.
Before I became a coach, I was self-employed for 10 years as a brand strategist and graphic designer. In 2023 I bought and renovated an adorable 1960s cottage in Upstate New York. I have a ton of hobbies — including painting, crafting, interior decorating, piano, and my latest obsession: my vegetable garden.
I’ve been obsessed with wellness and health for a long time, so transitioning into the mental health industry was a natural next step.
